Shift Subconscious Blocks

Do you know where your subconscious blocks are?

Your subconscious blocks are your limiting beliefs.

I don’t call them negative because your subconscious can’t tell the difference. The beliefs exist because your subconscious wants to protect you and doesn’t understand that these beliefs can and will hold you back.

Fortunately, we can become aware consciously of these limiting beliefs and do something about them. I invite you to try this exercise

Write down what you want:

  • What you truly desire
  • Don’t limit yourself

Make it detailed:

  • How would you feel?
  • What would you think?
  • What would your day look like?

Now ask:

  • How would your family react?
  • How would your friends react?
  • What’s the WORST case scenario if this desire manifested?

Uncover the key point of resistance:

  • What is the limiting belief?
  • Where did it come from?
  • Is it really “true”?

Turn the belief around & into an affirmation

Keep your affirmation in the present

I am………

Repeat daily while meditating or cast yourself a beautiful spell to let the universe know you’re ready to co-create what you desire.
