We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

3. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Louise Harman is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights in the materials and content. All materials created by Louise Harman on www.louiseharman.com are protected by the copyright laws of England and Wales. Unauthorised use of the content may violate copyright laws.

Visitors may view content for their own personal use. Members who have purchased content inside of www.louiseharman.com may download all content, worksheets, workbooks and training for their own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not sell, copy or modify any of the materials and content provided.
If found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal action will be taken.

5. Earnings Disclaimer
When addressing financial matters, we do so with as much accuracy as possible. We make no guarantees that you will achieve the same earnings as those disclosed within www.louiseharman.com. There is no assurance you will do as well. Monetary results are based on many factors. We have no knowledge of your work ethic, background or work experience. We will work with you and try our utmost to help you succeed, but cannot guarantee your earnings.

6. Refund Policy
All payments made to us for services are non-refundable.
Deposits paid to secure enrolment are non-refundable. You agree to these terms upon payment.

7. Aligned AF Membership
Aligned AF Membership provides helpful training, classes and assistance with spiritual growth, personal development, and some business strategy . If you wish to cancel, there is a 30 day notice period. Please send an email to lou@louiseharman.com to activate your notice period.

If joining Aligned AF Membership with any promotional code, you will be charged as per the details of the promotion given to you at the time.

Cancellation notice remains at 30 days and you can cancel at any time by emailing lou@louiseharman.com. Payments made prior to this notice period are non-refundable.

If joining Aligned AF Membership under a free trial offer, you will be charged at the end of the trial period. If you wish to cancel your free trial, please do so prior to the free trial period ending by emailing lou@louiseharman.com. If you have cancelled in writing prior to your free trial period ending, yet for any reason you are still charged, you will be refunded forthwith.

8. 1-1 Offers & Group Programmes
Louise Harman Co does not provide professional therapy, give professional mental health advice, or medical advice. If you have a mental health condition please consult a medical professional.

All 1-1 offers & group programme packages are payable as per the terms of the payment plan agreement opted for. Payment plans are to be paid until full payment is received. All 1-1 packages & group programmes are deemed a product and therefore full payment will be sought via legal action should you cease payments prior to full completion of the payment plan agreed at checkout.

Louise Harman Co makes no promises regarding results as results will vary depending on the individual.

If you need to cancel a 1-1 session, 48 hours notice is required by emailing lou@louiseharman.com where possible and another session will be arranged. If you do not show up for a session, you will still be charged and it will be at the discretion of Louise Harman Co if that session shall be rearranged.

9. Courses
All courses are payable as per the terms of the payment plan agreement opted for. Payment plans are to be paid until full payment is received. A course is deemed a product and therefore full payment will be sought should you cease payments prior to full completion of the payment plan agreed at checkout.

You are actively encouraged to contact Louise Harman Co at lou@louiseharman.com throughout your course with any questions, progress updates, comments, and/or feedback.

10. Modifying Service & Pricing
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or modify our services at any time.

11. Payment Plans
Some parts of the service are available with a payment plan. You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. You must continue the monthly payments until the end of the contract stated upon purchase.

If found to be in breach of this requirement, legal action will be taken.

12. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site www.louiseharman.com or any of our social media platforms or content:
a. To infringe upon or violate ours or others intellectual property rights
b. To harass, abuse, slander, harm, disparage, discriminate
c. For unlawful purposes
d. To solicit others to participate in unlawful acts
e. To collect or track the personal information of others
f. To spam
g. To interfere with the security features or transmit malicious code or viruses to affect the functionality of the sites

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the services on any of our sites or platforms if you violate any of these terms.

13. Children’s Privacy
We do not sell products or services to children under the age of 18. Those under 18 must first obtain permission from their legal parent or guardian to use the site www.louiseharman.com

14. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
